Q. What’s the difference between indoor and outdoor climbing courses?A. Indoor courses focus on learning to climb in a controlled environment, covering movement, belaying, and safety skills. Outdoor courses introduce real rock climbing and provide a sense of adventure and excitement.

Q. What level of fitness do I need for a guided walk?A. All our walks are assigned a challenge level, please see the key below: Beginner - Beginner friendly walks, normally on lower level terrain. Should be achievable for all. Moderate - General walking fitness required, these walks should be achievable by most. Challenging - A challenging day in the hills. These walks will be challenging and require a certain level of hill fitness. Extreme - Not for the faint hearted. These days are a real challenge and will definitely require the participant's to have a decent level of hill fitness.
